Encased in a Health Food store is Maui's best Vegatarian restaurant for 1997. Rated by the Maui News Fifth Annual Readers Contest. There is a kitchen and pastry case as well as a hot and cold food bar. This restaurant has the largest assortment of vegan items on the island and is worth the self service.
